Your company logo on a wall: from file to placement

A logo in reception or a meeting room can make your business recognisable. Good placement starts with proportions that work in the space.

Choose the right line of sight

Consider where visitors enter and where they stand or sit. A logo behind a reception desk should remain visible above the furniture. In a meeting room, the background during video calls may also matter. Leave enough clear space around the logo and avoid a wall already crowded with information.

Use your brand guidelines

Ideally, provide the original logo and brand guidelines, including colours, clear space and the correct version for a light or dark background. Fine lines and small text need assessment at the intended size. Screen and printed colours can differ, so discuss critical brand colours beforehand.

Prepare a complete brief

Send a room photo, wall measurements, your preferred logo dimensions and the location. Include access details and your preferred timing. Restaurants and hotels can use the same approach for a name, illustration or brand story. Start with a surface assessment and a tailored quotation.
